In the South of France, these herbs are dried and blended to make herbes de Province. St. Remy Rub recreates this lush blend to bring a toujours Province savor to kitchens everywhere.

Strew St. Remy Rub liberally on fish, fowl, meat, and garden vegetables before grilling, roasting, broiling or baking. Use in any recipe that calls for herbes de Provence.
