1 package of Dry Roasted Wild Rice, uncooked, 2 medium size yellow bell peppers, chopped, 2 medium size red bell peppers, chopped, 12 scallions, thinly chopped, 2 cups carrots cut into julienne strips, 2 cups celery, thinly sliced, 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped, 1 bottle of balsamic vinaigrette.
Prepare wild rice accordign to cooking guidelines; let cool to room temperature. Mix vegetables and bsil leaves to cooled rice. Add enough Balsamic Vinaigrette to desired taste. Season to taste with seasoning salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. any ingredient can be changed to your own desired color, taste, plate presentation and brand of dressing.
